I like rooms, every time are clean and smells very well, when I was in my first week they helped me with the safe boxes and how can I use the card key. The bus service is good and in the weekends I can go to beautiful malls. In the reception everyone are very respectfully, I'm English student so for me was a little difficult to understand some accent, and some guys speaks very fast.I like Ksk, it's a good choice when you get here (Dubai) for the first time.
Priya, Pooja,Evita all helped me sorting out a new card for my room really fast. They were all great for customer service and always willing to help. The lounge area is really good with multiple pool tables and ping pong tables. The rooms are great with two beds and a roommate to share with.
We had a very nice stay at KSK homes. Starting from making the reservation, Mr. Jeffrey had been very helpful in providing details of the location and facilities in offer. Front office staff had been very attentive and helpful during our stay. We will come back again the next time when we visit Dubai.
