What should I expect on arrival at KSK Homes?
We provide you with a welcome kit, room key, WIFI password up to 3 devices and a KSK manual covering all necessary information that you require during your stay with us.

What will I miss if I do not choose KSK Homes as my student community?
KSK Homes welcomes a multi-cultural student community with loads of amenities crafted for your stay. You are sure to make 999 new friends every day. Our in house activities and amenities are designed to suit your best student life.
If I join KSK Homes, is there a fixed contract term?
AT KSK Homes, we have flexible contracts that suit your semester and your dates, we do not have any fixed contracts.
Can I participate in any in house activities or events if I do not live in KSK Homes?
At KSK Homes, we welcome students and guest. You can play at our floor lounges with restricted access to resident amenities.
What will be required of me if I choose to stay at KSK Homes?
Once you have secured your admission at your desired university, we will require your following documents:
• Enrollment Letter from the university
• Student & Emirates ID
• Passport & Visa documents
• Parent/Guardian Details
• Medical Insurance details
• Monthly Payment details/Methods
What do I need to carry with me when coming to KSK Homes?
At KSK Homes, we equip you with amenities that help you live a comfortable student life. We have a communal kitchen where you can cook your meal or wash your delicate in our communal laundry. You can order a tiffin service from your favorite restaurant or shop for groceries on our weekly visits to the super market.
Can I still choose my roommate?
Yes, if you wish to live with your friend you can choose a double room. Our accommodation is segregated based on gender. We make sure, that you live in a secure environment with 24/7 security coverage, or we help match a good roommate to both of the preferences.
Where can I do my Laundry?
We do have our own communal laundries to wash your delicate either daily, weekly and monthly or you can outsource your laundry services by paying a fee…
Where can I cook?
Our Communical kitchen is equipped with all utensils to help you cook a meal that suits your taste buds. Our kitchen is located on the ground floor area as we have our regular housekeeping team taking care of the necessary cleanliness at any given time of the day.
How do I reach my university?
We have multiple shuttle buses to each and every university on all days of the week 7.00 AM to 10.00 PM to suit your university timings in Dubai International Academic City.
What amenities and activities do you offer?
Take a look at our Amenities page to know more about the activities that you can access and participate. Stay updated will all the broadcast messages for all important days and events.
What do I do in case of a medical emergency?
We have medical kits on every floor lounge and at the reception. For serious medicals conditions, please contact the reception to help you get to your nearest medical center. In case you are unwell you can look at the emergency numbers provided while onboarding KSK Homes or seek immediate assistance from the reception.
What if I face any maintenance issues in my room?
Our 24/7 Facilities team will help assist you with all the issues you have faced in your room. Please contact reception for any maintenance issues required. All minor issues will be fixed immediately and for the major fixtures, we may have you relocated within the property for your comfort and convenience.
What to do when I am expecting a courier?
We collect your delivery only with your permission while you are busy studying at university.
Will there be any housing damage charges on my bill?
If you are responsible for causing damage to our facilities, we will place that charge directly onto your bill. In case of damages that no one has taken responsibility for, we split the charge to repair that damage among the community members.
What happens if my property is lost, stolen, or damaged in the residence halls?
KSK Homes are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings in the residence halls. If you experience any damaged, stolen, or lost property in the residence halls you should process any claims to the security.
Is there a house keeping service?
Yes, there is a weekly house- keeping service provided to clean each of the rooms.
Can I take my friends to my room?
Yes, you can take your friends to your room, they will have to deposit their ids to security and can stay in your room up to 10.00 PM. Since the community is segregated via gender, we do not entertain students from the opposite sex to visit your room.
Do I have blinds in my room?
Yes, you do have blinds/curtains in your room.
Can I smoke in my room?
No, you cannot smoke in your room, corridor’s or inside the property. Please use the designated smoking zone outside the property. A fine of AED 300 will be imposed on your monthly bill, for every complaint that is logged into the system.
