Transitioning from one place to another can be tough.  At KSK Homes, we provide a great location close to your child’s university with multiple shuttle services to suit their class timings. In addition to offering a comfortable and fun living experience. We get your child involved actively in the community right away. From social meet and greets to being active in the community, we’ve got them fully covered!

Our 24/7 trained staff is always there to assist you and your child with any concerns that you may have; right from medical support to a secure environment.

One major concern for parents when paying off-campus housing is what happens when one of the roommates chooses to leave? We provide a flexible process of twin sharing, where each student signs a contract for their own independent space along with a common shared space. Therefore, if one of the roommates in a double room moves out, it has no effect whatsoever on the other.
We understand the parents’ concerns helping their child in making this transition, so we strive in creating a comfortable & pleasant environment for our students to live in, while being independent. Our staff are highly qualified, professional managers, with great hospitality experience in the UAE to help keep our student communities maintained as we provide the highest level of customer.
We assure to provide a home- like experience to your child in our dynamic student community. Our floor plans are designed to cater to our students’ requirements to develop them socially and academically. Every room is fully equipped and furnished to meet your expectations.
The amenities are designed to keep every student entertained, fit and aid in their academic success. In addition, we host multiple activities and social events for residents each month to help them get to know their neighbors, network, to further their academic needs and make a difference in their community.
During the application process, your child will complete a survey to match their needs, which covers, music and television preferences, noise level preferences, cleanliness and other general ideas. We utilize this data to make the best roommate matching decisions available. In addition, gender-specific roommate preferences are considered during placement. In case your child is unhappy with the arrangements, we will make sure to take care of it.
We want to keep it simple and convenient for our students to apply for our off-campus housing and we suggest reserving your stay in advance for the academic year to assure your stay. Once your college student has moved in, paying rent is easy. We have an online portal, where you can schedule recurring payments or make one-time payments, as well as having the option to pay for multiple months, in advance. The portal will also give you access to event calendars, copies of all signed documents and a message center with important community updates.
